WithGiga uses a subscription + credit model. Your plan determines how many concurrent agents you can run and how many included credits you receive each month. Additional compute beyond your plan’s allocation is billed from your prepaid credit balance.Plans

Upgrading or downgrading
- Go to Usage & Billing → Manage Subscription
- Select the new plan
- Confirm — changes take effect immediately at the start of your next billing cycle (upgrades are prorated)
Adding credits
Top up your prepaid credit balance at any time from Usage & Billing → Add Credits. Credits do not expire.Auto-reload
Enable Auto-reload to automatically top up your balance when it falls below a threshold you set. This prevents tasks from being interrupted mid-execution due to insufficient credits.Next steps
